JUKI AMS 221F SEMA SOLUTION

AMS221F SEMA SOLUTION machine is equipped with our own SEMA pneumatic slide system dedicated to mattress handles. In our offer, we have solutions for other industries.

An electronically controlled machine for sewing a programmed pattern in an available sewing field of 250 x 160 mm is equipped with a servo motor built into the machine head (driver direct system) and step motors.

The machine is used for repeated sewing of repetitive patterns, such as sewing on labels, fasteners, decorative stitching, handles, and buckles. Excellent for multi-layer sewing of heavy materials such as conveyor belts or container bags.

Technical data:                 

- 2-thread lockstitch.

- Maximum sewing speed (with infinitely adjustable speed): 2700 stitches/min.

- Stitch length: 0.1 - 12.7 mm.

- Double volume pendulum gripper.

- Memory size: 200 patterns, maximum 20,000 stitches per pattern.

- Ability to save a pattern on a memory card (999 patterns, maximum 50,000 stitches in one pattern).

Programming of the pattern is done with the easy-to-use IP-400 programmer or special

software for a PC.
