Terms and Conditions for Purchases from the online Store


The following terms and conditions apply to purchases of goods and services from the online store which is run by CONTEC Sp. z o.o. Ul. Łódzka 95-054 Ksawerów in Poland, entered into the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Łódź-City Centre in Łódź, XX Division of the National Court Register under the number KRS 00001425210 NIP: 727-00-19-668, having a share capital in the amount of PLN 110,000.00 (called as the Store).


The goods sold mean sewing machines, specialized machines, spare parts to sewing machines, needles, tooling machines, machine oils, chemicals in spray, cutting knives, blades, scissors, 3D scanner, industrial irons, iron accessories, garment accessories. Shipping is done by traditional way: by Poczta Polska or courier or prepared to individual receive in business premises.


You have to register after entering online store before making orders. Online shopping is available only for companies. The Store does not sell for individuals. To register you have to press the link situated on the top right corner REGISTRATION. On the appeared page you have to give your company details, e-mail address and other details necessary for invoicing and delivery. If the delivery address is different than the business address please make sure that it is put in the order. While your application is completed press REGISTER. Before log in our consultants will contact you to confirm the information given. Next at the provided address you will receive an e-mail with USERNAME (which is e-mail address) and PASSWORD. If you have not received those details within 24 hours you can contact us by phone or e-mail. Our consultants will help you to activate your account and answer your further questions.


Before online-shopping you have to log in the Store with username and password given while registration. Customer select products from the Store offer presented on and make an order by website. While ordering in the Store customer agree to receive notifications about the order realization by e-mail given. The Store offer is bound while presenting on a website and by the time of stocking.

Under the list of the items in your basket you will find total price (net price) of your shopping. Remember that this is not the final amount and you have to pay a 23% tax and eventually shipping expenses. Shipping is added when order is under 300 PLN net. If you want to resign from the item in your basket you have to press the DELETE button.


On the Store website you can also make an CUSTOM ORDER. In this way you can order products which are not available online. Product will be added to you basket with 0 price and our consultants will contact you to accomplishment the formalities.


Price displayed on the product does not include shipping. The cost of delivery will be added to the total price of the order. The final cost of the order includes items price and shipping. All prices given in the online Store Contec are net prices. Prices in Euro are constant and prices in PLN are changing with current exchange rate. Binding contract price is the price in the order day.


All of the orders with a value over 300 PLN net are realized by the expenses of Store (only shipping via Poland). For remaining orders we add shipping price:

- Poczta Polska, - 8 PLN net

- DHL – 19 PLN net

- charges forward – 22 PLN net


Shipping abroad Poland is individually priced.

In case of receiving delivery which could bears signs of tampering or damaged customer has the right to refuse its adoption.


Contec make sure that offer is responded to reality. In a fact that errors may exist in updates (prices, configurations, technical parameters) information contained on this website cannot be treated as an offer in the meaning of Civil Code(unless stated otherwise).


The condition of making the order is the confirmation of the Store received by e-mail which consist information about acceptance of the order.


In the absence of the confirmation from the Store in 2 working days please contact us via e-mail or via phone 0048-42-227-11-40.


Customer will be informed in a case of lack of stock of any ordered product and a lead time via e-mail or phone.


In case when order consist few items and some of them are not available at the moment of order the shipping will take longer than usual to minimalize the costs of delivery (one-shot rate). However, at customer request the Store can divide the order into few parts and charge each time of shipping.


If the order is made before 13:00 and the product is stocked we send it in the same day. Orders which are made later we send in the next working day. The standard time of shipping is 1-3 working days (Poczta Polska) or 24 hours (UPS).

Orders for the goods which are not available at the moment are transferred to our Sales Department. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with a deadline.


The order will be done while having all the necessary details such as e-mail address, address and a phone number of the receiver. in the case of suspected misrepresentation or fraudulent intent of the customer the Store reserves the right to not send the goods.


The Store offers two payment ways:

a). Charges forward – paid while receiving delivery to the postman or in the post office or to the courier (if courier delivery chosen).

b). Deferred time of payment – our regular customers can pay by bank transfer in settled time .


Each of our customer receive from the Store VAT invoice. Doing shopping in the Store you agree to get a VAT invoice without a signature.


The Store makes shipping outside the Republic of Poland with increased price containing an extra fee for international shipping. The fee depends on a type of service and destination country.


While order is made it can be cancelled via phone: Customer Service +48-42-227-11-40 and via e-mail . You can only cancel the orders which are not fulfilling process.


In accordance with the provisions of the Act of Parliament on 2nd march 2000 about the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by dangerous products (Dz. U. z 2000 r. Nr 22, poz. 271 z późn. zm.) the customer may cancel the contract within 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods and promptly return the purchased product. This is only possible when the original packaging of the good is not removed. With the goods customer is obligated to return the bill of sale. The Store guarantees the refund of the price of the goods along with the cost of shipping. The money will be promptly transferred to the customer’s bank account after receiving the delivery. The customer pays for the shipping back.


In case of goods complaint please send as soon as possible the defective product by Poczta Polska to the Store. However, the Company does not accept any packages sent back by charges forward. Costs associated with sending the complaint will be immediately sent to a designated bank account by the customer after receiving delivery and acceptance of the complaint. Delivery has to contain the bill of sale and description for returning reasons. If the complaint is justified the product will be exchanged for full value product when it is possible. The product is considered as a defective if has a technical defect. Complaint time is up to 14 working days , however the Store does its best to make it in a shorter possible time. If the complaint is not justified the product is sent back at the expense of the customer.


A total amount of the products is not limited, unless otherwise noted.


We reserve the right to change Terms and Conditions. Any changes are in force from the date of publishing on the Orders made before changes are made with the terms and conditions forced in the day of order.


All names and brands are the property of their respective owners and are presented in the Store for informational purposes only.


According to the provisions of the Act of Parliament on 29th August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Dz. U z 2002 r. nr 101, poz. 926 z późn. zm. ) buyer personal data will be entered into the database only for making orders and will not be disclosed to others. Every customer has the right to access their data and correct them.
