To log in on the latest website you have to enter the LOG IN tab by your e-mail address (used to contact with the store) and old password.

In our store only companies can make orders. For this purpose, the registration must give full details of the company.

No. All of the given prices in Contec store are net prices.

Yes, they are. Prices in PLN PLN are changing with current exchange rate. Binding contract price is the price in the order day.

To check orders stage of realization please log in on our website. In MY ACCOUNT tab, YOUT ORDER section visible are all of your orders. In each of them you can find information about stage of realization as well.

If the order is made before 13:00 and the product is stocked we send it in the same day.

The store offers you two payment ways: charges forward – paid while receiving delivery to the postman or in the post office or to the courier (if courier delivery chosen). Deferred time of payment – our regular customers can pay by bank transfer in settled time. To get more info about payment ways please contact our Customer Care.

Our packages are sent by courier UPS or Poczta Polska S.A. .

Poczta Polska – 8 PLN net (priority), UPS – 19 PLN net, charges forward – 8 PLN net

National shipping cost is paid once per order regardless of the number of products in the order.

How much does the international shipping cost?

The Store makes shipping outside the Republic of Poland with increased price containing an extra fee for international shipping. The fee depends on a type of service and destination country.

Ordered items can be delivered next day (if ordered before 13:00 and the product is stocked). The standard time of shipping is 1-3 working days (Poczta Polska) or 24 hours (UPS).

Yes, you can. There is a possibility to take your order in our head office in Ksawerów.

Unfortunately no. With each done order we issue only a VAT invoice.

No. On your VAT invoice you will find all ordered items.

Under the current rules, VAT invoices do not have to include the signature of the issuer or the signature of the recipient: -from 1st May 2004 the PIT and CIT entities not engaged in commercial books, - from 1st May 2004 VAT tax, - from 1st February 2005 for accounting (books of accounts). Printout without any signatures or stamps is OK.

Certainly. In this case please contact us via e-mail or phone. Invoice will be sent by e-mail or Poczta Polska.

Total price of the ordered products has to be over 300 PLN net. This extra offer is only available on the Republic of Poland shipping.

While order is made it can be cancelled via phone: Customer Service +48-42-227-11-40 and via e-mail info@contec.pl . You can only cancel the orders which are not fulfilling process.
